More Data Freshness in Google Data Studio
How Tools from Azure, Amazon and others are now better integrated
In recent months, Google has upgraded its business intelligence solution Data Studio with several services such as:
- Google Data Studio is now able to connect to Microsoft SQL Servers
- How to connect Data Studio easily with Amazon Redshift and Microsoft SQL
- How to work with more Data Rows in Google Data Studio
This means significantly more functions for data distribution as well as more connectors to other systems such as Amazon Redshift and MSSQL databases. What is already good news for many, is now even better, because Google is now pushing for better integration. So you can work with even more current data, in which Google offers more configuration options.
Google’s Statement:
You can now schedule data freshness to update minutely every 1 to 50 minutes, or hourly every 1 to 12 hours for the following connectors[1]:
- MySQL
- PostgreSQL
- MS SQL Server
- Amazon Redshift
- CloudSQL for MySQL
- Google Cloud Storage
- Cloud Spanner
